For the occasions that matter

The best evenings aren't performed — they're hosted. By someone who has already thought of everything, so you can simply be present with the people across the table.

That's the whole idea behind VinoCadre. Founded by advanced sommelier Andre Boada, we design tastings, dinners, and celebrations around your occasion — twenty years in the cellar, put to work so you never have to be the expert in the room. You bring the people and the reason. We bring the rest.

What it means for you

Four things you can count on

A sommelier pours wine at an intimate, art-lined tasting table.

01 · Quiet Authority

You don't have to know wine.

Twenty years in the cellar mean you don't need a single one. No quizzing, no performance — just someone who quietly knows, shaping the night so you look effortless and feel at ease.

02 · An Open Door

No velvet rope. No wrong questions.

Curiosity is the only credential. Whether you live by the bottle or rarely give it a thought, you're met exactly where you are — warmly, generously, never gatekept.

03 · A Crafted Encounter

Your evening, never a template.

Tell us the occasion and the people, and we design around them — the wines, the room, the pace. No two evenings here are the same, which is exactly why yours is the one they'll remember.

A joyful harvest moment among the vines.

04 · Honored Roots

Old-world depth, in your backyard.

From the vineyards of California to a corridor in Fredericksburg — the same seriousness about wine, brought home to the Hill Country. World-class, without the airfare or the airs.

The door is open. The room is curated.

The Atelier du Vin

A private salon and workshop in downtown Fredericksburg — and your starting point for custom wine tours, travel planning, and concierge-level evenings across the Hill Country. When the doors open, this is where your most ambitious ideas will begin.

Set above the Peach Basket on Main Street, the Atelier joins a broader transformation of the block — a refined, French-inspired sensibility arriving soon alongside the reintroduction of La Bergerie at 334 West Main.

The founder

Andre BoadaAdvanced Sommelier

Raised by European parents in Napa Valley, Andre grew up understanding wine as an inherent part of gathering well. After building a career in Napa and Sonoma and earning his Advanced Sommelier certification, he launched VinoCadre in 2015 — expanding from St. Helena, California to Fredericksburg in 2020. The depth is his. The ease is yours to borrow.
