Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

VinoCadre respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or reach out to us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide: when you use our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect your name, email address, and the details of your message. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address (and first name, if provided).

Information collected automatically: we collect basic, aggregated analytics about how visitors use our site (such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type) through Google Analytics. When you submit a form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are human and to protect against spam.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and plan the experiences you ask us about.

To send you our newsletter and occasional updates — only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted service providers to operate, and they process information on our behalf: Constant Contact (newsletter and email lists), Resend (delivery of inquiry and acknowledgment emails), Google Analytics (website analytics), Cloudflare (security and spam protection), and Vercel (website hosting).

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics cookies and similar technologies to understand how our site is used so we can improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function as intended if you do.

5. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@vinocadre.com.

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it).

6. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Age

Our experiences involve wine and are intended for adults of legal drinking age (21 and older in the United States). Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
